Personal Data Processing Notice
In order to protect fundamental rights and freedoms and ensure the security of our customers, we would like to inform you about the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
a) Data Controller
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by our Company, acting as the Data Controller, within the scope described below.
b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data
In accordance with Article 4 of the Law, personal data shall be processed:
- In compliance with the law and principles of good faith,
- Accurately and, where necessary, kept up to date,
- For specified, explicit and legitimate purposes,
- In a manner relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed,
- For the period stipulated by relevant legislation or required for the purpose of processing.
Your personal data may be processed for purposes such as ensuring that you benefit from the services provided by our Company, maintaining legal and commercial security, conducting administrative and communication operations, fulfilling legal obligations, measuring customer satisfaction, risk management, determining and implementing business strategies, managing human resources processes, and providing the services you request.
c) Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through various channels and based on different legal grounds in order to carry out our commercial activities. Such data may be processed and transferred within the scope of Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the purposes specified above.
d) Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the Law
- To learn whether personal data is processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data where legal grounds no longer exist,
- To object to any adverse result arising from automated processing,
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
You may submit your requests regarding your rights by completing the Application Form available at www.birtech.com, sending a signed copy to Evliya Çelebi Mah. Genç Osman Cd. Ak İş Merkezi No:58 /7 Tuzla / Istanbul, or by sending a secure electronically signed email to [email protected].
Personal Data Protection Application Form (Data Subject Request Form)
Pursuant to Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), data subjects may submit their requests in writing or through other methods determined by the Board. The data controller will finalize the request as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days, free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
Applications may be submitted using one of the following methods:
- In-person application by visiting our company address and verifying identity with a valid ID card.

We respond to requests within thirty (30) days in accordance with Article 13 of the Law, using the response method selected by the applicant. If the application information is inaccurate, the request is not stated clearly and in detail, or required documents are not provided, the responsibility for any inability to respond will belong to the applicant.
