The SensCare Standard package is a fundamental and reliable service that ensures your infrastructure operates smoothly. Under this package, your systems are meticulously monitored through periodic remote maintenance carried out four times a year (every three months), and your Sensaway / Noctua software is upgraded to the latest versions. In the event of a potential hardware failure, if the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement guarantee is decided after inspection & diagnosis, aforementioned device is replaced to prevent operational disruptions.

Our expert team, available to assist you with technical support, responds immediately to malfunctions, while the two complimentary software installations and user training included in the package support your system mastery. Additionally, the ability to monitor environmental conditions and receive instant notifications via the mobile application is provided as standard, enabling you to keep a constant pulse on your infrastructure.
